Dr. Albi Chalissery is a Senior Consultant Neurologist with 16 years of experience in Neurology, which included 5 years as Consultant Neurologist at Tertiary Referral Hospitals in Ireland. 

Specialized in a full spectrum of conditions including headache, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, muscle and nerve diseases, mobility issues, dementia, vestibular dysfunction and balance disorders.

After achieving undergraduate medical degree (MBBS), she started her medical career in General Medicine in Republic of Ireland from 2005. Then completed her membership exams (MRCPI) in General Medicine in 2007.

Dr. Albi pursued Clinical research and Stroke Registrar role for the following three years at the National Tertiary Referral Centre for Neurology. During this period, she was involved in developing Stroke Service including setting up Acute Stroke Thrombolysis Pathway and Stroke Unit in 2008.

 After completing MD in Stroke in 2011, She continued further 5-year postgraduate specialty training in Neurology: Certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist Training (CSCST from RCPI Dublin) which was completed in April 2017. The final year of the training was dedicated for sub specialization and training in Epilepsy (Clinical Fellowship) at National Tertiary Referral Centre for Complex Epilepsy and Epilepsy Surgery.
