Adult Mental Health:
Focuses on the psychological well-being and mental health of adults. This encompasses a wide range of conditions and concerns that may affect adults throughout their lives.

Anxiety Disorders:
Conditions characterized by excessive worry, fear, or apprehension. Examples include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and specific phobias.

Behavioral Disorders:
Managing disruptive behavioral patterns that may impact a person's social, academic, or occupational functioning (like oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and conduct disorder). 

Depression:
A mood disorder characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a lack of interest or pleasure in daily activities. 

Postnatal Depression:

Psychotherapy:
Also known as talk therapy, psychotherapy involves conversations between a therapist and an individual or group to address emotional and behavioral issues. Different therapeutic approaches can be used, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or psychodynamic therapy.

Sleep Disorders:
Conditions that affect the quality and pattern of sleep. Examples include insomnia (difficulty falling or staying asleep), sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and restless legs syndrome.
